الشروط والأحكام
1. وصف الخدمة
يتيح التطبيق الإلكتروني إنشاء حساب ومعالجة الطلبات. الموقع الإلكتروني هو لأغراض العرض فقط.
2. حساب المستخدم
المستخدم هو المسؤول عن توفير معلومات دقيقة وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابه.
3. الطلبات والمدفوعات
تتم معالجة جميع الطلبات والمدفوعات حصرياً من خلال التطبيق الإلكتروني وتكون خاضعة للتوفر والتسعير في وقت الطلب.
4. التوصيل
يتم التوصيل إلى العنوان الذي يقدمه المستخدم. الشركة ليست مسؤولة عن التأخير الناجم عن معلومات غير صحيحة أو ظروف خارجة عن السيطرة.
5. الإلغاء والاسترداد
يخضع الإلغاء واسترداد الأموال للسياسات الموضحة داخل التطبيق.
6. تعليق الحساب
نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تنتهك هذه الشروط أو تسيء استخدام الخدمة.
7. تعديل الشروط
قد نقوم بتعديل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سيتم إخطار المستخدمين بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر التطبيق.
8. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط والقوانين للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

1. Service Description
The mobile application allows account creation and order processing. The website is for display purposes only.
2. User Account
Users are responsible for providing accurate information and for all activities conducted under their account.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders and payments are processed exclusively through the mobile application and are subject to availability and pricing at the time of order.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the user. The company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or circumstances beyond control.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the policies outlined within the application.
6. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
7. Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the application.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
